While getting the right advice is vital. The wrong advice can be catastrophic.

In a case, the  other party were asking for something they were never going to get.  It later became clear that the other party's position was based on what their lawyer had told them they could get.  The other party spent allot of money not getting what they were told they could get.
In conjunction with the client and their accountant, David Gordon in a short space of time crafted complex  consent orders involving  multi million dollar assets. The Consent Orders as drafted where accepted by the the other party without change. The client was saved considerable legal fees and lengthy delays in what could have been very difficult litigation.

Sometimes consent agreements and orders are unfair. To change them is complex and difficult.  However, David Gordon was able to have set aside consent orders obtained with a different lawyer.

In the end the client received many times what they received in the original agreement (obtained with a different lawyer).
