The other party threatened to move the children and the other party’s lawyer said there was nothing in the consent orders that stopped the children from being moved.  David Gordon pointed out the meaning within the Family Law Act of one of the terms in the consent orders, which meant the children could not be moved without consent. The children did not move.

While getting the right advice is vital. The wrong advice can be catastrophic.

In a case, the  other party were asking for something they were never going to get.  It later became clear that the other party's position was based on what their lawyer had told them they could get.  The other party spent allot of money not getting what they were told they could get.
